Part time parental leave cover position.
Wellington Sexual Health is looking for a part time nurse, to cover parental leave for approximately 1 year, working 16 hours per week.
The role includes assessment, screening, diagnosis, and treatment of sexually transmitted infections and promoting optimal sexual health and contact tracing. This includes safer *** education to patients and to support the community teaching within the service.
We are looking for a NZ registered nurse who has the following:
- recent experience working in a related field such as sexual health, reproductive health, sexual assault, gynaecology, or urology nursing.
- minimum 5 years post graduate nursing experience
- smear taking experience helpful.
- an empathetic, mature approach to nursing and experience working with a diverse population.
