Nurse Maude Hospital is looking for a dynamic person who is able to manage a busy reception area while maintaining a high level of professionalism, outstanding ability to multi-task and demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Reception/Administrator will include:
- Frontline reception responsibilities for our busy 75 bed residential hospital. Creating a welcome for our residents and their whanau and visitors
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the senior managers
- Diary and correspondence management
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Drafting communication and documents
- Manage and review filing and office systems
- Scheduling and arranging meetings
- Typing documents
You will possess the following skillset
- A Minimum of 1 year administrative experience preferably in an Aged Care setting
- Expert organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and reprioritise
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to use own discretion
- Self-Motivated and pro-active
- Advance computer literacy and capacity to learn new systems quickly
