The successful candidate must have the ability to:
- Balance a demanding workload, whilst ensuring all customers plans are well thought out, and every detail is covered. Flexibility is required, as there will be some on call work.
- Think like an adventurer, put yourselves in their shoes and help them live the experience whilst closing the sales process. Passion in the industry is a must, enthusiasm is infectious.
- Be super organised, a keen administrator and have the ability to problem solve quickly.
- Ensure customers feel every need has been met, and you’ve ‘got their back’ if things don’t quite go to plan.
- Communicate quickly and effectively by phone and email, an excellent command of the English language is essential.
- Display online marketing savviness, our online presence is key. Triggering the emotion of an experience is what they’re known for.
This role is based in Queenstown, although working from home is the ‘new way’, so there are no physical “Road Trip Offices”. Training will be provided; however prior experience and knowledge of suppliers would be an advantage to hit the ground running. Experience in the New Zealand and Australian Markets would be ideal, however there will be a lot to learn.
