We create really amazing consumer goods and are looking for a reliable and proactive team member as we embark on exciting new projects in 2022.
We will provide training on the job to individuals with a great can do attitude who are passionate about perfect product, accuracy in their work and enjoy working to a team plan.
You will work across several divisions of our business and various brands as part of this role.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with preparation of customer orders.
- Pick and packing of customer orders.
- Following several online portal processes including Shopify, shipping / courier partners and client back end systems.
- Assisting our production team with preparing and finalising goods ready for sale.
- Pack products into cartons ready for the next step in the goods to customer process.
- Following GMP strict standards and processes.
- Following directives of shift managers.
It is really important to be successful in this role for you to enjoy working in a fast paced environment where quality, team work and putting our customers at the priority of everything we do being paramount.
It is important to note, this is not a sitting down, computer driven customer service position, rather this is a hands on role whereby you will be responsible for working accurately and independently across several areas of our business (depending on skill and capability) to deliver excellence to our various customer groups. This role is most suited to individuals who are comfortable and experienced in a face paced role hands on role such as retail or hospitality.
Full training can be provided to suitable candidates.
You must be available to work 7.00am – 5.30pm and can most certainly be flexible for University Students with changing university rosters though availability full days (8 hours per day) is a must. Street parking is available.
