Our client, a large and fast-paced Government agency, is looking for a full-time Customer Support Officer to join their Corporate Services team on a permanant basis.
Working on a rotating roster 7.30 -4pm, 8am – 4.30 pm and 8.30am – 5pm each day, no morning will be the same in this role!
The purpose of the position is to provide customer focused support services to the Ministry and the public.
Your duties will include:
- Front of house support
- Dealing with contractors, couriers & internal mail
- Ensuring office furniture & equipment is available
- Ensuring maintenance services are carried out & security systems up to date
- Build collaborative relationships across the ministry & external stakeholders
