- North Shore- Albany
- Close to public transport services
- Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm
- $25-$26 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- 3 months temporary work with potential for a permanent role.
About the role
This is a Temp role for 3 months with potential to go perm.
In this role you will be assisting customers with scheduling of healthcare services across New Zealand, answering queries, and providing solutions in a fast-paced call centre environment. You will be handling both internal and external communications, making decisions around the most effective use of resources regarding scheduling,
About you
- Proven track record with providing a consistent standard of customer service in a fast-paced call centre setting.
- Attention to detail- you can work across multiple tasks while ensuring that records are 100% accurate.
- Able to prioritize tasks and to ensure smooth running of services.
- Resilient and able to respond in with understanding.
- Preferably have worked in healthcare previously or in a similar faced paced industry.
