  • 11.00am to 2.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Working across both our Taradale and Havelock North branches

About the role:

We are driven to ignite financial possibilities for our customers, communities and for the whole country. As the Customer Service Representative, you will support our Takanini customers with their banking needs, including but not limited to, online banking queries, assisting with bank card queries, and general banking enquires such as bank statements. You will be the first point of contact for our face-to-face customers that enter the branch and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time. You will also support the bank to grow business by identifying customer needs and referring them to the appropriate people to assist with their financial requirements.

What do I need to be successful in this role?

  • A can-do attitude along with amazing customer service skills
  • Prior banking experience preferred but not essential
  • A genuine desire to help people and willing to go the extra mile
  • You are a self-starter, quick thinking and solutions focussed
  • Great communication skills and no job is too big or small
  • You have a smart approach to problem-solving, and a knack for uncovering your customers’ unexpressed needs.
