We are a very successful family-owned business. We are a high-performing, passionate, family orientated team of individuals, who hold a proud reputation in the local market. We are searching for an experienced Customer Service and Sales Superstar to join our Northwood store.

To buy equipment from us is to buy a total package of product and service. Consistent expert service is built into every product sold. It is this commitment to the customer and the product that positions us so strongly in the market. Other range includes Masport, Hustler, Cub Cadet and Honda to name but a few.

About you…

Ideally you have a passion for learning, have exceptional customer service skills and are committed and determined to do a great job. Your productivity and can-do attitude will be the winning formula for our business.

You will be responsible for ..

  • Meeting and greeting all customers as they enter the showroom
  • Liaise with our customers both face to face and over the phone regarding the purchase of new outdoor power equipment and other products we sell
  • Enter orders and take payments
  • Take details of repair work to be done
  • Various administration duties
  • Answer phones in a friendly and timely manner
  • Keeping the showroom tidy and well stocked
  • Help put out the ride-on mowers and other gear prior to the store opening and bring in at the end of the day
  • Light cleaning duties when the store isn’t busy
  • Cash up till at the end of the day

The hours of work are flexible. Choose to work 1, 2 or 3 days (up to 19 hours per week) between Saturday and Monday:

  • Saturday 9.30am – 3pm
  • Sunday 10am – 3pm
  • Monday 8am – 5.30pm (there is flexibility with the Monday hours for the right applicant)
