As well as assisting our customers with their inquiries, you will process returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers. You will also support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as required.

We currently have two Fixed term positions available, please indicate your preference when applying.

Position 1, covering until 5 April 2022:

• Sunday 8am-2.30pm
• Monday – Wednesday 4.30pm-8.30pm

Position 2, covering until February 2023:

• Thursday 8am-3.30pm
• Friday 8am-4.30pm
• Saturday 8am-4.30pm

Ideally you will have:

• Some experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role – preferable but not essential
• Excellent Communication Skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time
