About the Role
From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings. You will also assist with general customer inquiries and finding resolutions to queries.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities will include:

Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
-
Review in detail our various add ons and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
-
Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
-
Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
-
Answering customer questions and inquiries
What we are looking for :
-
Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role
-
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
-
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)

Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
As we operate 7 days a week, you will be required to work nights (until 10 pm) and weekends as per our rotating roster.
