Lead a small team of Sales Support / CSR Coordinators to provide optimum service and delivery.
THE COMPANY
A leader in sustainable flexible packaging solutions with manufacturing onsite. Supported by a global brand and an extensive range of international supply partners. Clients include major brands primarily across FMCG as well Logistics and Industrial based businesses.
With over 70 staff just in Christchurch, plus multi-site offices, you will be joining an established and secure essential services business.
YOU
Packaging, labels, print or other manufacturing administration or CSR experience is essential for this senior level role. CSR leadership experience would be preferred, however if you have worked in a sole-charge or team-member role within the industry (& are confident in leading a small team) – we’d love to hear from you.

- Customer focused with professional communication style (written and verbal) and able to easily liaise with B2B clients (phone and email).
- Engaging and professional communication style. With the ability to bring people together and work cohesively and effectively.
- Strong planning and organisation skills. Able to work methodically and manage a varied workload where multi-tasking is essential.
- Attention to detail. Accurate with data-entry and numeracy focused with the ability to produce reports and analyze data.
- Work effectively under pressure remaining calm and solution focused.
- Excellent computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced Excel. Experience with CRM systems and ability to pick up software, systems and processes.
- Proven ability to suggest and implement improvement initiatives.
- Tertiary Qualifications would be looked at favourably. But experience in industry in a similar role would be of greatest value!
- A sense of humour, commitment, enthusiasm, adaptability, integrity, and the passion to work in an innovative and fast-moving environment are all essential to be successful here!
This is an office and very much a team onsite based role (with tools provided to WFH during Covid. restricted levels).
THE ROLE
- Lead 2 direct reports, manage workflow and be responsible for the CSR function of the NZ business.
- Support the Sales Team in the day-to-day management of client relationships, requests and general administration.
- Use your technical aptitude to assist the team in providing suggestions and identifying any potential issues (technical product knowledge training will be provided & mastered over time).
- Proactively problem-solve and provide client-centric and business-smart timely resolutions.
- Facilitate enquiries to become sales opportunities.
- Have overall responsibility for the processing of customer orders and raising job bags.
- Motivate, train and develop your team to ensure they are supported and able to reach expectations and individual career aspirations. Providing them with responsibility, variety and an inclusive friendly and dynamic culture where they are fully engaged.
- Working cohesively with production / manufacturing teams, coordinate between internal and external stakeholders. Across Sales and Production teams.
- Ensure the integrity of inputted information and an up-to-date clean CRM system.
- Create and analyze data and reports, including forecasting, work-flow management, cost analysis and sales reports.
- Be involved in Marketing projects to raise brand profile.
REMUNERATION
This role is pitched to attract the best circa $80,000-$88,000 depending on experience level.
