Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions mainly in reception and assisting in the restaurant and bar as required. You will also be responsible for assisting team members in all departments in delivering exceptional guest service. The role with also require managing daily operations of the hotel in the absence of senior management. This role is mostly evening work and includes weekends.
