We have part-time Retail Duty Manager vacancy that has just become available at our Liquorland Hobsonville store. This is a first line retail management role that will give you the opportunity to explore your personal leadership style and practice your coaching and mentoring skills. The team at our Hobsonville store is energetic, high performing and enjoys tonnes of fun; and we’re looking for people that are the same!
The Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience
- Monitoring and upholding the Store’s legal obligations under the Sales of Alcohol legislation
- Optimise Store presentation, promotional display using innovative retail merchandise strategies
- Overseeing all aspects of cash handling, stock management, health& Safety and, staff training and development
What We’re Looking For?
- Previous experience working in a retail environment with proven track record in exceeding store KPIs
- A passion for delivering world class customer service and proven track record in building lasting rapport
- The ability to execute retail merchandise strategies with a unique and creative flair
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience in dealing with tough situations
- Commitment in continuous coaching and mentoring to help your team to become the best they can be
You must hold a current Liquor Control Qualification and General Manager’s licence and be physically fit as you will be required to lift, move and shelve stock.
This Retail Duty Manager position involves working late nights and weekends, and some public holidays.
