We’re excited to have a new Employer Engagement Manager join us to champion and support organisations providing tech internships and graduate roles.
You’ll work with tech employers to demonstrate the value that student internships can bring to their organisation, and guide them through the Summer of Tech onboarding, bootcamps, Meet & Greet events, speed interviews, and offers process.
We’re focused on helping grow high quality internships and graduate jobs in Aotearoa, paying no less than the living wage, so you’ll also counsel employers on providing a safe, productive learning environment for students.
Along with an excellent knowledge of current recruitment practices, you’ll delight in genuinely connecting with people and learning about where they’re at. Empathic and precise at execution, you’ll be the kind of person who is geared towards getting things done while operating with a strong set of core values.
Honestly, it’s possible you might be a bit fed up with the grind and want to do something positive and rewarding for a well-loved New Zealand non-profit.
You’ll join our small team of motivated and talented people where we all contribute our voices towards Summer of Tech’s direction. We value kindness, generosity and humility, and there’s lots of support and opportunity to learn.
This is a permanent position for someone based in Auckland, between 30 and 40 hours a week depending on your needs, with flexible working location and hours. This role pays $90,000 per year for 40 hours per week, or pro rata for fewer hours.
You can read our job description for more details. We’re looking forward to your application! This role is only open to people who are living in Aotearoa New Zealand with citizenship, residency, or a current work visa.
