ACERS training is required. All additional cases are $18-$20. $250 Sign-On Bonus!
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 Supported Employment Supports to Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and/or Autism to increase independent work skills and job proficiency.
- Provide support that enables individuals to perform in a regular work setting.
- Assist individuals in both job finding and job support.
- Complete and submit accurate daily progress notes for each shift worked with individuals.
- Professional Development Trainings are available.
- Receive mentoring during the first six (6) months of providing services.
Required Experience and Education:
- Must be compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others.
- Job coaching/ supported employment experience preferred.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and existing insurance.
- Must be willing to complete and satisfy given background checks.
- Must be willing to drive Individuals in personal care throughout the community.
