The Office of People and Success is a newly established portfolio bringing together functions that support staff, students and alumni in their development and success at Western and beyond. The Office is organised in four centres of excellence including:

  • Alumni and Employer Collaboration and Projects

About the Role
The Office of People and Success are seeking an Engagement Coordinator to join the Alumni and Employer Collaboration and Projects team.

The Engagement Coordinator will support the Associate Director, Alumni and Employer Collaboration and Projects to pursue and maintain relationships with the University’s stakeholders actively.

The Engagement Coordinator will also develop and implement strategies to improve engagement with stakeholders through activities that benefit them while supporting the University’s strategic objectives. The position holder will also actively work to raise the profile of University activities to current students, prospective graduates, and alumni by implementing appropriate communication, engagement, and event strategies.

To be successful in the role, applicants will possess relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role and have a thorough understanding of the work delivered within the team.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position based at the Parramatta/Kingswood campuses, although travel to other campuses and external venues will be required.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $110,370 to $119,091 p.a. (comprising Salary of $93,264 to $100,633 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
