Executive Assistant – Part time, 20 hours – Christchurch
Te āhuatunga a te tūranga/About the Role
This role is critical to the function of the Chief Coroner’s Office in New Zealand. You will be working directly with the Chief Coroner and Deputy Chief Coroner.
You will be liaising with senior officials from other government departments and managing all the executive support functions to assist the Chief and Deputy Chief Coroner in their judicial roles, including:
- Diary management
- Meeting preparation
- Document control and support
- Establishing and maintain information management and filing systems

To be successful in the role you will…
- Be committed to the principles of te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Have relevant secretarial experience or equivalent
- High degree of computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and planning skills
- Have experience in working to a management level of a medium to large-size organisation

Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $54,689 and $71,417 based on skills and experience.
