You will work for our partner, alongside the Client Success team in Sydney and Melbourne offices, providing critical curation services built upon the clients’ products/services while ensuring complete customer happiness. This is a chance to gain invaluable deep product knowledge, deal with different types of clients and get a great understanding of Australian and New Zealand media landscape and media intelligence in general.
What’s the job?
- Analyse data streams from multiple media channels to measure the impact of clients’ brand marketing, public relations and social media outreach campaigns
- Manually curate daily newsletters and provide consultative insights that show data trends and other unique findings
- Work closely with Account Managers to act as an expert on our platform and data capabilities
- Understand and advise on the Australian media landscape, as well as the social media landscape
Is this you?
- Eligible to work in New Zealand
- Entrepreneurial spirit and curious mindset
- High desire to learn about digital technology/innovation and communications strategy
- Keen interest in news, current affairs and social media influence
- Ability to scan content quickly and with accuracy to look for key insights
- Early starter with strong commitment to work
- Additional language skills could be advantageous
- Suitable for current students or graduate looking for part time work
Hours of work:
We have several openings with different hours please specify which you are applying for – if you have already submitted an application, no need to reapply for different roles but feel free to follow up with an email specifying your preferred hours
Monday to Friday – 7.30am to 10.30am for a total of 15 hours a week.
The role is fixed term for one year, but we do currently envisage renewing at that time
