We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Health Care Assistant to join our Emergency Department – this is a rare and exciting opportunity.
The Health Care Assistant is a vital, equal value member of the department who plays a pivotal role in efficient and effective running of ED.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent organisational skill.
- A friendly disposition and excellent communication skills.
- Successfully completed the Health Care Assistant or Health Support Assistant training or a NZQA approved National Certificate in Support of the Older Person ( level 3 ) or a National Certificate in Community Support Services (level 3).
- Ability to work as a member of the team.
- Customer focus.
