About you:
You will have had previous experience in a HR Administration or Coordinator role with an understanding of Employment Relations and current employment legislation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to operate autonomously. You will have a can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail in order to manage the different areas of HR and Administration.
Your key skills will also include the ability to operate with confidentiality, tact and discretion, prioritise to meet deadlines, plus proven ability to build relationships across the business.
