Are you an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Administrator with proven experience working within a busy organisation? We have an opening for a temp to fill this generalist HR assignment which will run from 8 to 12 weeks, starting asap. This role will be work from home once you have received handover. This is a five day a week role, 8.30am – 5pm (some flexibility around hours).
Duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Supporting line managers with recruitment
- Ensuring position descriptions reviewed, ads are written and placed on Seek
- Facilitating monthly onboarding of new staff
- Fully responsible for employment agreements, both Fixed term casual and contractor
- Fully responsible for staff data, analytics reporting and related queries
- General HR queries
The successful candidate will be:
- Familiar with Access
- Very technically savvy
- Have a minimum of four years HR experience
- A quick learner able to cope in a fast paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Great telephone manner and good email etiquette
