Here’s your chance to work for one of NZs best known Hydro / Vacuum Excavation Companies. You will be working with a good team on some interesting jobs, so you will appreciate the good quality gear and NZ designed and made trucks that really do the business.
You will be responsible for getting to site, discussing work with customers, representing the company in a professional way and doing the required paperwork at the end of the day. It’s a busy job with lots of variety. Some days you will get wet, dirty and muddy. All in a days work for the Southey’s team!
You will need:
- Class 4 Drivers License, Recent driving experience of Class 4 Trucks.
- Physical fitness – you’ll be operating the hydro gear and working hard all day.
- Your own reliable transport – we are based in Mangere – South Auckland and you need to get to work early to pick up the truck
- Good manners and a good idea of customer service – we’re the best and we want to stay that way.
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety on a site and actually care about it.
- Experience with operating a smart phone for job allocation purposes & Health & Safety documentation.
As an essential service provider you will be required to have the Covid-19 Vaccination due to the clients we service and the jobs we perform on borders. (Full PPE supplied).
What you’ll get:
- You’ll work around 50 hours a week, sometimes a bit more depending on the job
- It’s Monday to Friday with Rostered Saturdays.
