Here at Southwest Care, our specialty is ‘in-home’ care, with a specific emphasis on upholding the care, respect, and value of all the people we work with. Southwest Care provides services such as domestic assistance, personal care, emergency/short-term care, respite care, community services (transportation), mental health, dementia care and palliative care.
Southwest care is an approved NDIS provider.
Due to higher demand in “in home care” services we currently have an exciting opportunity for home support workers to join our expanding team. We are look for passionate home support workers that will provide supportive care to our clients.

Requirements
- Minimum education requirement is Cert III in Ageing/Disability or Individual Support
- NSW Police Check (Mandatory)
- Working with Children’s Check (Willing to obtain)
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Working rights
- COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate (Mandatory)
- Car Desirable but not essential. Public transport can be used. (Mileage reimbursements and/or petrol contribution for using your own car)
