The role:
Due to growth we currently have 2 vacancies for Inbound Outbound Sales Representatives at our Auckland, Highbrook location. This role is entry level account management, it is office based and all of your interactions will be with current customers and via telephone and email.
As part of a small dynamic team of 6 your key tasks will include:
- Service and grow current customer accounts offering business solutions from our comprehensive range of office, health and safety, packaging and facility products
- Make outbound calls and sending emails with our monthly specials to customers.
- Keep accurate customer service and contact records by maintaining the company’s customer management system Zoho and use SAP4Hana for product information.
About you:
- Entry level or experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport over the phone and email
- Computer skills; word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint
- Customer service skills and experience preferable
- Professional work ethic
- Above all you must be enthusiastic
