We are looking for a Junior Sushi Chef to join our culinary team and prepare delicious plates for our guests.
Responsibilities:
-Handle a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients
-Manage food prep activities, like boiling rice
-Make sushi rolls rice balls and snack boxes
The hours are from be Monday Friday 6am 11am, but is happy for it to be longer hours for the right person.
The ideal candidate:
You have a current NZ Food Safety Cert
You have at least 1 year experience in sushi restaurants (similar to Saint Pierre/Maki Mono)
Flexibility to take on various shifts
Candidates for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ open work visa
