Positions available:
- Kitchen Prep Team Member (kitchen team): The kitchen prep position is part of our kitchen team which is a small group of people who work in the “heart” of our restaurant to provide remarkably tasting, quality food for our guests. People who enjoy a small crowd rather than a big one, a fast pace, and working with their hands often enjoy the Heart of House team the best. Prep is the place for you if you feel at home in your own kitchen.
- Efficiently creates prepped “cold” menu items, such as wraps, salads, fruit cups, and parfaits according to Chick-fil-A recipes
- Prepares and/or packages brownies, cookies, and mac-and cheese
- Prepares lettuce and tomatoes for sandwiches
- Prepares catering trays that meet Chick-fil-A standards
- Work in a fast paced, high energy environment with a great team
- Produce high quality food with precision and accuracy
- Implement proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures
- Positive attitude & team oriented
- Excitement to learn and take initiative
- Enjoys daily routine tasks
- Willing and able to stand on feet for the shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
What hours can I work?
- Morning Shift: shifts usually begin 8 am or later
- Day Shift: shifts usually begin 11 am or later
- Night Shift: shifts usually begin 3 pm or later
What rate of pay is available?
- Part time – beginning at $14
- Full-time – beginning at $15-18

Things to Consider:
- We are a drug-free, non-smoking facility.
- Fingernails must be natural and trimmed finger length.
- Hair is to be natural colors only- no blue, green, etc.
- Neatly trimmed mustaches and beards are allowed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a source of reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
- Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Mobility required during shifts
- Must work well under pressure
