The Role
You will carry out repairs and maintenance across Iona and ensure the facilities and environments provide a safe and attractive space for residents, staff, and visitors. This role will involve undertaking repairs, liaising with contractors, conducting maintenance checks, and keeping external areas clean and tidy.
Hours: 25 hours per week

About You
The ideal applicant will:
- Have practical hands-on experience in carrying out a wide variety of repairs
- Work well in a team, and have good time management skills
- Be organised and be able to liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Be physically fit and strong
- Hold a current driver’s license
