Do you want to support and develop New Zealand’s largest primary care based clinical pharmacist team? The Clinical Pharmacist Facilitator Team continues to grow and we are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic Manager to work alongside the Team Leaders to support this amazing team.

The Manager, Clinical Pharmacist facilitator role is responsible for providing professional leadership and management for the team that is safe, effective and equitable across the Hawkes Bay health sector. This role will work closely with the team leader clinical pharmacist facilitator and is responsible for maintaining relationships with Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Māui, Hawke’s Bay, PHO and the Hawke’s Bay Whānau and Communities leadership team.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a high level of understanding of the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi, an understanding of Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Māui, Hawke’s Bay Vision and Values, be results driven with strong relationship management skills. You will have a broad understanding of our health system, strong credentials in leadership, and a passion for innovation. You must be a registered Pharmacist with a current New Zealand Practicing Certificate and have a post-graduate qualification relevant to the role.
