We are looking for an experienced results driven Human Resources Manager. You’ll work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and regional leaders across New Zealand and be able to apply your strategic thinking and leadership experience across our HR systems and operational areas.
You’ll lead a dedicated HR team of up to fourteen across the full range of HR services. This role plays an important part in supporting Te Kura to achieve our strategic plan and organisational goals. You’ll have proven experience in managing, leading and developing staff and bring your skills and experience across the following key areas:
- HR strategic development
- Employment relations
- Performance management
- Organisational development
- Change management
- HR systems and technology
- Health and safety and wellbeing
- Payroll and recruitment
- Learning and development
- HR policy and procedures
- Managing and influencing key relationship internally and externally (e.g. unions, Ministry of Education), and
- Leading a supportive team of HR practitioners and growing and developing them to the next level
