Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the team at our Mt Eden Support Office.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be supporting the in-house Marketing team in a wide variety of trade-focused marketing initiatives and offering marketing support to our 78 branches nationwide. This role would suit a recent Marketing or Communications graduate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in running one of the biggest loyalty programmes in the industry.
- Assist the Events Coordinator in the planning and execution of a comprehensive events calendar.
- Manage the ordering and distribution of promotional merchandise.
- Provide assistance in the planning and the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Provide the Marketing team with administration support.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- A high level of organisational skills
- A passionate, hard-working and willing attitude
- A good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Tech savvy with a strong interest in digital / social platforms.
- To be a team player
- Ability to work under pressure and handle many tasks simultaneously
- A degree in Marketing or Communications
