What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for someone who has experience working with email marketing and marketing automation software and is keen to upskill on enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Marketo

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you’ll be a key member of our growing team, helping with the implementation of cross-channel marketing programs and lead nurture campaigns.

The role has five key focus areas; automation campaign strategy and execution, technical project management, implementation, client relations and the ability to lead and present MA best practices in workshops. You’ll be part of a team that are innovating and testing new marketing automation ideas and strategies, executing against complex marketing automation campaigns and creative email marketing templates.

What will I be doing?

  • Work with clients across property, education and other industries
  • Develop lead nurture campaigns that deliver results at every stage of the funnel
  • Day-to-day management and implementation of the automated program/campaign process
  • End-to-end execution of email-driven automation campaigns from asset creation to email testing, campaign deployment and reporting
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to email templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required
  • Present and lead hands on best practice workshops with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal campaign owners on marketing automation best practices, project scoping, technical requirements and quality assurance testing
  • Work with our full-time designers and developers to produce EDMs
  • Be responsible for quality assurance across campaigns
  • Work closely with our analytics team to provide analysis and recommendations to clients
  • Work with management to develop and optimise client strategy

What experience do I need?

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in marketing operations, marketing automation or lifecycle marketing (either client or agency side)
  • Experience with email marketing, the following platforms i.e. Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign or Braze.
  • Bonus if certified in a Marketing Automation Platform
  • HTML and CSS skills are highly regarded
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology or process outcomes
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Experience presenting and leading best practice workshops or webinars
  • Expertise in automation reporting, analytics and database segmentation
