The role
We are looking for a dynamic team member with a friendly personality and can-do attitude, to assist our Sales & Marketing Manager. A background in marketing, communications or event management would be ideal. This role will suit someone who is keen to learn, good at working within a team, and likes variety in their work.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing Manager on key plans and direction for marketing
- Collateral creation and updates (marketing materials and knowledge base content, including videos, manuals and advertisements)
- Writing content and case studies for our website in order to keep it fresh and relevant
- Customer communications (ranging from urgent updates, to product announcements and OneLaw plans)
- Internal communications where appropriate
- Event planning assistance, for customer conferences, webinars, promotions and sponsorships
- General office duties
Skills and experience
- Marketing, communications or event planning experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency with InDesign and Photoshop
- Willingness to learn and use team and communication platforms such as Zoom, Zendesk and Mailchimp
- A basic understanding of computing systems and concepts such as Cloud
- Good writing skills, including spelling and grammar
- Experience with web content management systems
- Ability to visualise projects and see them to completion
