You’ll be doing:
- A wide range of repair and maintenance tasks including small engines, fault diagnostics and preventative maintenance
- Repairs and maintenance work on motorised carpet cleaning equipment incorporating: petrol motors, water pumps, heat exchangers; 12 volt electrical systems, general engineering tasks
- Hours of work are predominantly weekdays however, because of the company’s niche market, there may be the need for some out of town travel and after hours work
To thrive in this role you’ll have:
- Competency in a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks
- A high standard of workmanship and high attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Self motivated and the ability to work autonomously
- The ability to deliver and exceed customer expectations
- An electrical certificate for 230 volt appliance repair would be an advantage
- A NZ Driver Licence
