You will optimise sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
- Monitor shelf and assortment.
- Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
- Perform required administrative tasks.
- Optimise the use of our point-of-sales material.
- Be the customer’s first choice of supplier.
- Create exposure in stores.
What you will bring

- Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
- Confident with good interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a drive to achieve set goals
- Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills
More about this role
This role is 8 hours weekly, with hours spread across Sunday, Friday, and Saturday
Stores to support
- Pak n Save Palmerston North
- Countdown Feilding, Kelvin Grove
Work schedule
- Friday (1hr) – during the day (between 7am and 5pm)
- Saturday (2.25hrs) – Early am from 5am (potentially can be done Friday night from 9pm)
- Sunday (4.75hrs) – 6pm onwards
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the areas of FMCG, sales, retail, and/or grocery would be an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously as well as excellent communication, planning, and organization skills
- Flexibility is a must as hours may change due to business needs and busy season
- Current driver’s license (unrestricted)
- Road worthy vehicle covered by a comprehensive car insurance
