You will optimise sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
- Monitor shelf and assortment.
- Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
- Perform required administrative tasks.
- Optimise the use of our point-of-sales material.
- Be the customer’s first choice of supplier.
- Create exposure in stores.
What you will bring

- Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
- Confident with good interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a drive to achieve set goals
- Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills
More about this role
This role is 11.25 hours weekly, with hours spread across Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday and Friday

Work schedule
- PnS Kapiti: Sunday 1.5hr – From 5am (Can be done Saturday night)
- CD Paraparaumu and Waikanae: Sunday 5.25hr – From 5pm
- NW Waikanae: Wednesday 0.75hr – during the day 8am – 4pm
- NW Kapiti and Waikanae: Friday 1.75hr – during the day 8am – 4pm
- PnS Kapiti: Saturday 2hr – 5am (Can be done Friday night)
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the areas of FMCG, sales, retail, and/or grocery would be an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously as well as excellent communication, planning, and organization skills
- Flexibility is a must as hours may change due to business needs and busy season
- Current driver’s license (unrestricted)
- Road worthy vehicle covered by a comprehensive car insurance
