We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy and open to some flexibility. Our current nanny has been with us for over three years.
Base hours: minimum 20 hours per week with the potential of up to 25 hours per week and options for more by agreement
Mornings circa 7.15 – 8.45
Afternoons circa 2.45 – 5.30
Seeking flexibility to allow for travel (early/late flights) and/or early/ late meetings and can be flexible around your commitments
It is desirable to compress hours into full days in the school holidays where possible and flexibility where it suits both to work increased hours during longer holidays.
In addition to the hourly rates, we also provide:
- Kiwi saver contributions
- Annual leave
- Sick leave
- Yearly flu vaccination
- Refund for first aid course and/or first aid refresher course.
- Annual performance review
Car provided for work hours for activities related to the children.
What are their responsibilities going to be?
Drop off/pick-up at school (or walking with them as they scooter/bike)
Afternoon activities close to home such as park, beach, crafts, home to play, playdates, sports etc
Morning – playing at home before drop-offs
Afternoon – Assist with homework some days – reading, maths practice other homework tasks
Preparing school lunches (with the girls) and after school snack.
Weekly washing of girl’s bedding and towels.
Requirements
Must be non smoker
Clean Drivers licence
Current police / justice check
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (following Government guidance) at least double vaccinated. Either had a Booster or scheduled booster on a specified date.
Desirable
Current first aid certificate (see above that we will refund the cost if the individual doesn’t currently have a first aid certificate)
