About the role*
As our National Marketing and Communications Manager, you will oversee and manage all marketing for Kirk Roberts and its subsidiary companies, both internally and externally to ensure effective brand delivery and communication across the business; and to develop and deliver marketing initiatives that meet business objectives.
- Work with our Leadership team to develop and execute our marketing strategy
- Manage our part-time Marketing Executive with the potential to grow the team
- Grow brand awareness and identify business development marketing and communication opportunities
- Coordinate with external stakeholders and work closely with our agencies to ensure effective and efficient marketing plan delivery
- Manage and co-ordinate all communication and engagement activities for the company, organise press releases, oversee all advertising, design and production of branded collateral, events and conferences

About you
- Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Demonstrated experience in delivering strategic outcomes within a consultancy/professional services environment
- Capable of providing engaging communications to both internal and external audiences
- Competent using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Analytically savvy, with the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions, with design flair and appreciation
- Experience managing company website and social pages (Word Press, SEO, Google Analytics, Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Have a proactive approach to problem solving, with strong decision-making skills and resilience under pressure
- Enjoy working collaboratively across disciplines and communicating with a wide range of people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
