Mō te tūnga – About the Role
Ward 12 is a 28 bed acute cardiology ward and day facility based at Christchurch Hospital. We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses looking to expand their skillset and try a new challenge or someone who has cardiology experience to join us and share their skills and expertise.
Working as part of our multi-disciplinary team you will work with us to deliver quality patient care across a wide variety of clinical cases.

We are looking for someone who will collaborate and work in partnership with the senior nursing team, nursing colleagues and our wider MDT to provide an optimum service delivery for our patients.
You will have:
- Acute nursing experience either within the cardiology specialty or other relevant field
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families/whanau
- Be able to work effectively and collaboratively with your colleagues and multidisciplinary team
- Solution focused approach to your work with the ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
- NZ Nursing Registration and current Annual Practising Certificate
