Ward 25 is a 27 bed unit providing inpatient care for people with a range of respiratory conditions. There-s lots of variety in our ward and there is great opportunity to develop your skills with training in areas such as chest drains and BiPap. Ward 25 encourages Nurses with their professional development and is supported by a Nurse Educator to facilitate ongoing learning opportunities. While you-ll receive a comprehensive orientation and be well supported by other members of the team, recent acute medical experience and a focus and commitment to quality patient care is essential to this role.

In this busy acute environment, you-ll need excellent assessment and time management skills. Your excellent communications skills will be pivotal to your success in this role as you will be engaging and educating patients and their families to ensure the best possible outcome
