Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As an Office Administrator you will be the welcoming, front-facing point of contact for enquiries from students and visitors to the Faculty of Arts. You will triage student advice and provide administrative support to the Faculty Office Staff.

Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have 3-4 years’ experience in an administration and receptionist role, in a medium to large organisation. You will be a natural a front facing person, with a personable, engaging, professional, customer-service ethic. You will be skilled in working with Microsoft office programmes and proficient in meeting and minute taking protocols. Familiarity with University software systems and experience in personal assistant duties would also prove beneficial in this role. If this sounds like you, please apply!
