We are on the lookout for an experienced Office Services Coordinator to support our Wellington team. No two days will ever be the same in this role and there will be plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your skills. You’ll be someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty – at times, literally – to ensure the office is kept running at its’ best.
This role is part time, 20 hours per week with flexibility to distribute your hours over the week – fitting them in with your other commitments.
You will be someone who is motivated by always making people feel valued and helping where you can.
Additionally, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Reception or administrative experience of at least 2+ years
- Strong MS skills and able to adapt quickly to new/different systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, efficient and a keen learner
- Flexibility to take on and help with a variety of tasks
- Ability to prioritise and multitask competing priorities and deadlines
- NZ Full Drivers License
What you’ll be doing
Working across and supporting the Wellington and Office Services team, no two days will ever be the same for you!
While this is a varied role, you will primarily focus in the following areas:
- Welcoming visitors to the office.
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Deliver a workplace experience that inspires, engages, and ensures the safety and wellbeing of our people.
- Assist staff and visitors with inquiries and issues related to the office environment, including meeting room and office event setups.
- Maintain stock levels of consumables, stationery and IT assets.
- Provide limited technical support, ensuring devices (laptops, meeting rooms, access systems) are functional.
- Assist with coordination of our fleet of vehicles.
