About our team/Mō te tīma

We are the Division of Shared Services, a team of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery to all of the University’s internal and external customers.

You will be joining Revenue Management within the Shared Services Division. We are focused on providing a range of accounts receivable, financial processing and transactional activities for operational areas of the University.

The role/Te mahi

The Officer Revenue Management role reports to the Team Leader Revenue Management and is part of the wider Operational Finance team, flexibly providing finance transaction processing services across the University.

You will undertake a range of accounts receivable and financial transaction activities, debt collection and student fee processes, in an accurate, efficient and timely manner, while observing compliance with all internal controls and providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

Due to the nature of the Shared Services Division, the range of tasks and responsibilities is broad and may require performing duties at different workplaces or locations across campus.

Your skills and experience/Kā pūkeka me kā wheako

Successful candidate will have:

  • A recognised qualification in accounts administration or related field.
  • Exposure to working in a busy accounts receivable focused role.
  • A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional service to staff and students.
  • Strong Microsoft office and computer skills.
  • Numerical and data analysis skills.

This is a permanent, part time 0.8FTE (30hrs per week) position.
