二、岗位职责:
以下科目正在招聘大学课后辅导老师(兼职/全职):
计算机网络,网络安全,信息安全,等相关课程。
- 线上授课
- 根据教材内容设计教案, 备课、授课、参与教研活动
- 给学生提供学习资料,帮助学生加深理解在学校学习的知识
- 针对学生出现的问题答疑解惑
三、要求
- 需要会说中文,并且能够使用中文授课
- 具备海外教育背景,本科及以上学位, 在校成绩优异者优先
- 归纳综合能力好, 口才好, 讲课富有激情, 能够独立完成备课和教学
- 有较强的主动学习能力和抗压能力, 服务意识
- 责任心强,具备良好的职业素养; 亲和力强, 有较强的沟通能力和执行力

Location: This job is remote
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Students: Undergraduate students
Subjects/Courses: Courses related to computer science, cybersecurity, information security, encryption-decryption, etc.
English and Mandarin are required
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct online lectures (Live) with well-prepared course plans including clear learning objectives, course materials, suitable learning modules, etc.
- Work with students to help them understand key concepts, especially those learned in the classroom.
- Interact intensively with students for Q&A, enhancing their understanding of course materials.
- Collaborate with students and school administrators to determine student needs, identify the area of improvements, develop teaching plans, and assess students’ progress.
- Provide students with positive and constructive feedback.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- English and Mandarin are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Thorough knowledge of a specific academic subject and expertise in test preparation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain challenging concepts, provide instructions and deliver feedback.
- Creativity and flexibility in order to personalize the learning approach for individual students.
- Patience and compassion for students as they develop skills and improve their performance. Ability to motivate and encourage students to improve their academic performance.
- Ability to teach various levels of students and create customized course materials catered to each student’s needs.
- Have access to a computer with a reliable internet connection.
- Having an iPad/Surface/other digital writing pads is preferred for courses involving intensive writing and drawing, like Mathematics.
- Tutoring experience in university/college or high school is preferred.
