We are looking for a superstar Personal Assistant to support the GM of Manufacturing. The role is initially based in East Tamaki for approximately three months and then will be located in our new state-of-the-art Pokeno site. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, professional PA looking for a busy and varied role.
Working as a key part of the manufacturing leadership team you will be willing to lend a hand to support wherever needed. You will use your excellent organisational skills to stay one step ahead of a dynamic and fast-paced GM.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing proactive calendar management including prioritising enquiries and requests while troubleshooting calendar conflicts, ensuring management of external and internal stakeholders expectations and acting as a gatekeeper to the GM
- Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks including producing documents, reports and presentations
- Coordinating and booking travel
- Acting as a liaison and providing support to the HPS Manufacturing Leadership Team
- Working closely with the GM to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
Key Requirements
- 5+ years in administrative roles reporting to senior management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including reports and presentations
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise, organise and coordinate multiple, simultaneous projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Flexible and collaborative team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable, resilient and enjoys a challenge
