THE ROLE:
Our Dunedin Branch, located conveniently at Dunedin Airport, has a part-time opportunity (24 hours per week, 3 days Fri-Sun) for a Customer Ambassador/Production Technician, commencing ASAP. You’ll be kept incredibly busy cleaning, washing, moving cars; along with ‘smoothing the journey’ with your fabulous customer services skills.
You will be responsible for:-
- Offering GO products and services
- Providing travel tips and exceptional service
- Pick up and Drop off of vehicles
- Processing customer hire payments/daily balancing etc
- Completing general administrative duties
- Managing customer and booking queries
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- At least 2+ years proven customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and outstanding attention to detail.
- A restricted driver’s licence (as a minimum) with the ability to sit your full within the next 3-6 months.
- Preference will be given to those who can drive manual vehicles.
