We are looking for a float enthusiast to deliver top-notch customer service, impeccable cleaning duties, and general administrative tasks. Our business specializes in providing flotation services to the general public, enthusiasts, athletes, professionals, artists, students and anybody else who wishes to benefit from the total relaxation that sensory deprivation achieves.

This Job is ideal for Psychology, Philosophy, and Medical majors.
Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls and handle customers inquiries
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Greet, assist customers and visitors
- Use sales techniques to get returning clients
- Provide detailed instruction to customers about floatation therapy. Become the expert in Floatation therapy.
- Keep floatation centre clean and tidy
- Prepare floatation rooms and public toilet for customer use at the start of each day
- Clean flotation rooms after each customer
- Keep flotation pods in clean and tidy condition
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate filing system
- Monitor and adjust water chemical balance in floatation pods
- Perform maintenance of floatation centre equipment

Successful applicants will be working at least 2 shifts per week. The successful applicant will need to be available for one weekday shift and one weekend shift, plus an additional shift here and there depending on the week. Candidates can work in either morning shifts starting at 8:30am – 4pm and or evening shifts from 4 pm until 10:30 pm. Weekends from we are open from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm. Currently looking to cover weekday evening shifts (4pm-10:30pm)- with the occasional weekend shift.
