Located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs this independent school caters for students from early childhood to year 12. The school is a smaller sized school that values community, academic achievement, and a nurturing and caring educational environment.
Your new role
We are seeking a teacher of HSIE to take on this position for 12 months, commencing May 2022 (early term 2). This role will require you to teach HSIE across years 7 – 10. The position is 3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will:
- Be engaging, inspiring and enthusiastic
- Have strong knowledge of NSW curriculum
- Deliver well planned, engaging lesson
- Have the ability to differentiate content, manage a classroom environment well, utilise a variety of teaching and learning strategies to engage all learners.
Applicants must hold NESA registration, WWCC and be fully vaccinated to be eligible for this position.
What you’ll get in return
You will enjoy sharing your expertise and working collaboratively in a small school setting where teachers work closely together. This is a part time position commencing early in term 2 (May 2022) and continuing for just over 12 months until the end of term 2, 2023.
