We are looking for a great student to join our team as a Physio Clinic Receptionist in Howick. This is a permanent part time position for 1 day a week only – Fridays . But this may increase later on if mutually agreed. The exact times will be discussed with the employer. Start date ASAP.
The position involves:
- answering phone calls
- processing payments/eftpos
- banking
- social media management
- booking appointments
- resolving customer enquiries
Experience in sales or customer service is a strong advantage for this position as well as having a talkative and communicative personality . A willingness to learn and great work ethics is a MUST!
We provide all training required.
You will also need to be able to follow systems and scripts for answering phone and customer questions.
