A key member of the finance team reporting to management, you will be sole charge of payrolls for the different New Zealand operations. You will manage regular reporting, inputs, output, and processing of payrolls which are run fortnightly on alternative weeks. Inclusive is management of queries and solving related problems, as well as ensuring accurate and up to date payroll paperwork. As time permits you can be involved in wider responsibilities in HR or accounts and train others in payroll.
Your background will be within payroll environments with varying components, where your experience has included end-end processes and visibility of the overall payroll system. This role requires someone with high attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem-solving skills. Working in a friendly environment, you will enjoy providing exceptional customer service to this fantastic team. Knowledge of NZ payroll-related legislation is crucial where you will be required to remain up to date with any changes.
