- Work alongside a HR Business Partner
Our client is seeking an experienced Intermediate HR Adviser, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner as a trusted advisor, partnering with the people leaders on all HR related matters.
You will be responsible for contributing across the full employment life cycle (for example
recruitment and selection, onboarding/induction, employee documentation, policy and procedures, learning and development, engagement, ER/IR, privacy, remuneration etc.).
To be successful in this role you will have
- Experience in doing generalist HR, be customer focused
- The ability to coach managers to develop capability in staff
- Strong relationship skills
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
We will be on leave over the Christmas/New Year period and back in the office on Tuesday 10thh January. I will review all applications once I am back in the office and will be in touch with you at that stage with an update. I hope you have an enjoyable Christmas break.
